Overview

We approach automation differently. Our people understand business operations first and apply technology second, which means the solutions we build fit the way you work. Not everything needs to be automated. We start with your processes, identify where automation genuinely reduces friction and creates value, and build solutions using an automation stack that your team can actually use and maintain.

AI and Automation

Our Process

Discover & Prioritize

Before we build anything, we map the processes where automation will make a real difference. Not everything is worth automating, and the biggest wins are not always obvious. We work through your operations systematically, identifying the high-volume repetitive tasks, the approval chains that create delays, the data entry that introduces errors, and the manual reporting that consumes senior time. We then prioritize based on impact, effort, and your team's readiness for change.

Key Activities Include:

▸ Process mapping and automation opportunity assessment
▸ Volume and effort analysis to identify highest-value targets
▸ People and change readiness assessment
▸ Prioritized automation roadmap
▸ Business case and expected ROI for each initiative

Design & Prototype

With priorities agreed, we design the automation logic and build rapid prototypes that your team can test with real processes and real data. This is faster and lower-risk than going straight to full build, and it surfaces issues before they become expensive. We use Microsoft Power Automate, AI Agents, Copilot capabilities, and other AI tooling as required for the toolset. Ensuring the right approach is leveraged for each use case.

Key Activities Include:

▸ Automation flow design and logic mapping
▸ Rapid prototyping with real business data
▸ AI agent design for document processing and decision support
▸ Copilot configuration and prompt engineering where applicable
▸ Stakeholder review and iteration before full build

Build & Test

We build the full automation solution, properly structured and documented so your team can understand and maintain it. Testing is done against real scenarios, not synthetic test data, and we run edge cases through deliberately before go-live. For AI components, we validate accuracy and set appropriate confidence thresholds before any output is trusted in a business process.

Key activities include:

▸ Full build of automated flows and agent configurations
▸ Integration to line-of-business systems including ERP and CRM
▸ Structured testing with real business scenarios and edge cases
▸ AI output validation and threshold setting
▸ Handover documentation and internal training

Deploy & Optimize

Deploying automation is not the end. Flows break when upstream systems change, AI models drift when input data shifts, and the automation you built last year may not fit the business you are running today. We stay involved after deployment, monitoring for issues, improving flows as processes evolve, and helping you get more out of the platform as Microsoft adds new capabilities.

Key Activities Include:

▸ Managed deployment and go-live support
▸ Ongoing monitoring and exception management
▸ Flow updates as business processes and systems change
▸ Adoption review to ensure the automation is actually being used
▸ Continuous improvement and new use case identification

The Platforms We Use

Our automation and AI work is built on the market leading AI tooling to fit within your business technology. We use Microsoft Power Automate, AI Agents, Copilot Studio, and other key tooling that sits alongside ERP and CRM technologies. This stack gives us native connectors to the systems your business already runs on, meaning less integration risk and faster delivery. We do not build proprietary automation tooling, we build on the platform you already own.

How We Engage

We work with automation clients in three ways, depending on what stage they are at and what they are trying to achieve.

Ongoing Automation Partner

Our primary model. We work alongside your team on a retained basis, running the automation roadmap, building new flows as priorities emerge, and maintaining what exists. Senior people, consistent relationships, and a long-term view of what automation can do for your business.

Project Rescue

If your Power Automate environment has grown unmanaged, flows are breaking, or a previous project delivered something that nobody understands or maintains, we assess the situation, stabilize it, and rebuild what needs rebuilding. Then we transition into ongoing support.

Project Delivery

For a specific automation initiative with a clear scope and defined outcome, we deliver from discovery through to deployment. Structured project, documented outputs, and the roadmap to move to continuous optimization once the project is complete.
